Whether you (or your teen) are new to fitness or looking to level up their performance, this programme is designed to build strength, confidence, and community — all while having fun.

Who is the Teens Programme for?

Our programme is designed for young people, both male & female, aged 11-16 who want to improve their overall fitness in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. No prior experience is required. 

When are the sessions?

Sessions run every Monday & Wednesday at 4 PM and take place outdoors, in Beyond Walls brand new outdoor fitness facility. We train in all weather conditions (we have a covered area), so bring a water bottle and dress accordingly! 

What do the sessions involve? 

Each session includes a mix of: 

Warm-ups & mobility 

Functional strength training 

Conditioning (HYROX & CrossFit-style movements) 

Games & team challenges 

Cool down and movement education 

All workouts are scaled to individual ability levels. 

How long are the sessions? 

Each session lasts 45 minutes. We’ve chosen this length to strike the right balance — long enough to deliver a full workout that includes strength, skill, and conditioning, but short enough to keep teens engaged, focused, and safe. It’s the sweet spot for energy, fun, and progress without burnout. 

Are there unlimited spaces? 

No — spaces are limited to 14 teens per class to ensure quality coaching and safety. If a session fills up, we’ll operate a waitlist system, and you’ll be contacted as soon as a space becomes available. 

Is it safe for teenagers to lift weights?  

Yes! When done properly under qualified supervision, strength training is not only safe but highly beneficial for teens. Our coaches focus on teaching good movement patterns, proper technique, and building strength gradually. 

What are the benefits?

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes, you're welcome to stay nearby — especially for the first session if it helps your teen feel more comfortable. That said, most teens prefer a bit of independence once they get going! 

How much does it cost? 

First taster session is free then choose either one or two sessions a week: 

One session per week = £36  

(£9 per session) for a 4-week block. Choose either Mon or Wed (not transferrable) 

Two sessions per week = £64  

(£8 per session) for a 4-week block 

How does the billing work?

We operate on a flexible, no-commitment system: 

You purchase access in 4-week blocks. Payment is made upfront at the start of each block. 

You can cancel at any time before the next block begins — no pressure, no ongoing contracts. This gives you structure without long-term commitment, perfect for busy family schedules.

Please note: We don’t offer refunds for missed sessions or part-used blocks, so be sure the schedule works before booking.  

Who runs the sessions?

Our teen programme is led by qualified coaches with experience in youth fitness and safeguarding. All staff are DBS-checked and trained to work with young people.
